BIO

Red Eyed Soul was born from late night jams and legendary parties at the North end of Kootenay Lake. They're sure to get your arms swinging and boots stomping with their high energy mix of soulful mountain blues, funk and folk rock. This four piece band is comprised of Selkirk College Music School graduates: Sean Rodman, Nick Fuss, Lee Campese and Jakob Simek. Original music from Sean and Nick focuses on celebrating the joys and beauty of rustic rural living with an underlying passion for inspiring community connection. With an ever changing arrangement of acoustic and electric guitars, banjo, harmonica, bass, and drums they're sure to strike a chord for diverse listening pleasures.

The band has received amazing local support and praise in the West Kootenay area during the last three years playing in bars, house parties and festivals. They have captivated diverse audiences on their tours of bar circuits in BC and Alberta. They played at Kaslo Jazz Fest and Kamp festival in the summer of 2015 and were a headline group for Kootenay One Fest in 2014.
